The hills of Peel

The hills of Peel

It was a drier day today and we decided to go a different way into town. We were high above the bay and great views. Best of all I was off leash.

Back down at sea level we went for a walk around the castle, Poppys likes castles.

Castle done what’s next? Well next up was this big hill at the end of town. It was an easy climb for me but mum and dad struggled, so much so they had to stop for a drink and a rest. While they were resting, I found something to eat. Dad spotted me “Drop Poppy!” Ha! Too late gulp.

When we came back down to the town we walked the long way round the harbour. Dad was hungry so he went to get a bite to eat. A huge seagull was watching his every move looking to thieve his role. I was looking out for him, no way will he come anywhere near us with me about.

Something was going on with my tummy. I suddenly felt really sick. Then it happened, yuk. My insides were coming outsides. I could hardly breath. I wonder what was causing this. I eventually got myself together and plodded a bit further.

The last straw for me was when a scary bell rang out from a shop. That’s me done. Lets get back to Betsy.
