Steak Pie Day 2025
Today we are going to the beach. First up is Dhoon Beach. It took a wee while to get there but when we got there Blue had a place to rest and this beach had rocks to climb.
The beach was busy with dafties jumping into the ice cold water, nutters. At least they had the sense to build a fire!
We wondered towards the dafties, although I never went in the water the fire was good, nice and warm.
Back into Blue and she went way off reservation. The dirt track paths she took were rough. Good job we are in blue instead of Mini like the last time we were here. Mini would have struggled with these paths. We were here three years ago, Blue must have taken a short cut. Brighthouse Beach was the same as the last time I was here. Not very bright.
Time to head back for steak pie! The dirt track road we took was not as bad as the one we came in on, mini managed it so it will be easy for Blue. Soon Blue was speeding back to the hut. We got back when it was still light. Settled in the big question…..Where’s the pie Mum?
