Going Home

As we left Norfolk behind the hot sun slipped into memory, the further north we travelled the greyer the sky became. As we crossed into Scotland the rain came on. It was the first time Betsys windscreen wipers had been used in weeks.

We got home and Betsy got a rest. Mum and dad took some things back into the house but said unpacking was for another day. Dad said bye bye to his shorts and put on a pair of jeans

I went for a walk around my home turf, ahhh familiar smells nothing has changed
