Frozen Everything
Blue was a block of ice when we jumped in. We were going to another beach this one was called Sandyhills Beach. First we had to get to the main road. The path was very slippy and Blue struggled.
When we got there I was surprised. The beach was solid, I mean solid. Sand is just not meant to be like this, its just wrong Dad.
I explored the top end of the beach all the way up to the trees. Frozen. Lets try the other half of the beach.
We crossed the river over a small bridge and hit the next beach. This was much better. The sand actually had some give.
This is more like it I got to run about like a maddy. Poppys loves running about daft.
Then I saw it. Look Mum rocks! Lets go.
Rocks are great Poppys loves climbing rocks, these were a bit wee though.
We met some peoplesees from EK on the way to the next bay, they told us we better be careful as the tied was coming in. We thought we would give it a bash anyway. The tied was fast, probably for the best we didn’t make it.
We headed back to Blue. We are going home tomorrow and it would be an early start, Funny how the year started and stopped in Dumfries and Galloway.
